Punjab transfers: DC transfer orders cancelled; 6 bureaucrats waiting for postings get order; some kept in waiting list

Today Punjab govt issued transfer orders of 19 IAS-PCS officers.
As per available information, the state govt has transferred IAS officer Karnail Singh from the post of DC Kapurthala but now he has been asked to continue to work as deputy commissioner Kapurthala.
Also, 2 IAS and 4 PCS officers who were waiting for postings get orders.
Officers who have not been given any postings have been asked to the secretary personnel.
