Punjabi Chamber of Commerce adding another chapter; Param Kalra to head new chapter

Punjabi Chamber of Commerce (PCC) is adding another chapter to its Northern zone galaxy with launch of Chandigarh Chapter on October 8, 2020. This will be their fifth chapter in North India after Delhi, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Amritsar.
Disclosing this here this morning, PCC founder and trustee Gurpreet Pasricha said that celebrated author, mentor and renowned motivational speaker former IAS Officer Vivek Atray would be delivering the key note address during the virtual launch ceremony tomorrow. He will be sharing his insightful nuggets about his latest bestseller “Finding success within.”
Chandigarh chapter will be headed by Param Kalra, an entrepreneur and Sukhwinder Singh Brar, a business leader and technology enthusiast.
“Punjabi community across the world requires better focus towards economic and financial growth. Community service has grown gradually from basic social service to smart social development,” Param Kalra said.
Chandigarh holds a variety of Industry segments especially the biggest IT industry in the Punjab region. PCC Chandigarh will play a vital role in serving the needs of Punjabi businesses and professionals by providing them a helpful network of Punjabi’s worldwide, said Sukhwinder Singh Brar.
PCC is a non-profit group that aims to unite the global Indian Punjabi diaspora through commerce and cooperation, and prides itself on being the only and the largest organization of Punjabi businesses and professionals.
Founded in 2017 in the United States through the generous support of the Punjabi community, PCC thrives on the principle of by the community and for the community. “ PCC wishes to promote entrepreneurs and professionals and assist them to grow them professionally in the State and the launch of this Chapter will help bring entrepreneurs, industrialists, professionals under the PCC umbrella,” said Gurpreet Pasricha, co-founder/trustee, PCC ahead of the launch.
