Punjabi University health department to organize lecture on “Management and Prevention of Animal Bites”

Seeing the panic of dog bites in the University Campus , Health Centre, Punjabi University, Patiala in collaboration with Anti Rabies clinic,Govt Medical College and Rajindra Hospital Patiala is organising a Lecture on “Management and Prevention of Animal bites”on 26th June, 2025 at 10.00 am in Syndicate Room,VC Office, Punjabi University, Patiala.
Dr Amandev Singh will be giving Lecture on “Management and Prevention of Animal bites”followed by discussion.
Dr Regina Maini, Senior medical officer said after discussion with the Vice Chancellor, Punjabi University Patiala Dr Jagdeep Singh, Dean Academics Dr Narinder Multani and Registrar Dr Sanjeev Puri ,it was decided to invite the team of doctors from Anti Rabies clinic, Govt.Medical college and Rajindra Hospital Patiala so that people get guidance and can discuss about the rising dog menace in the campus with them.
Dr Maini said this lecture will be open for all and we hope it will prove to be very fruitful.
