Punjab’s senior most IAS officer gets additional charges

Punjab government has given an additional charge of financial commissioner, cooperation and principal resident commissioner (NRI affairs), Punjab Bhawan, New Delhi to newly appointed special chief secretary to Punjab CM, VK Singh. He is the senior most serving Punjab cadre officer in the state.
