The Annual Convocation of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala was held under the guidance of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata. Renowned Educationist and Scientist Prof. Arvind, Vice Chancellor, Punjabi University, Patiala was the Chief Guest.

During the convocation, 286 students who passed in 2020-21 session were awarded degrees. 255 graduate students and 31 post graduate students received the degrees.

The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest by lighting the lamp. The Principal of the college welcomed the Chief Guest and other dignitaries. She highlighted the academic and co-curricular achievements of the college students and said that it is a matter of pride that every year the students of this college get positions in the merit list of Punjabi University, Patiala.

For the session 2018-19 Diksha Bansal of M.Com was awarded the Chancellor Medal, Vandna of B.Com bagged Gold Medal and Rupinder Kaur of M.Sc IT was awarded Silver Medal.

The Chief Guest in his address said that Govt. Bikram College of Commerce is reputed institution of North India working exclusively for progressing in the field of commerce whose students have brought laurels in various fields. He congratulated the students and wished them a bright future ahead.

The stage was conducted by Dr. Vaneeta Rani. She also presented the vote of thanks. Prof. Ram Kumar, Registrar House Examination coordinated the program successfully.

Principals of various Colleges, representatives of College Management Committee, Bikram Alumni (Global) Association, P.T.A and HEIS society graced the occasion.

Red Letter Day of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce; 286 students felicitated. The others present were Dr. R.K. Sharma Ex. Principal of this college,  Harbans Bansal,  Rajiv Goyal, Tarsem Bansal,  Charanjit Kaur, Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, members of the staff and the students.
