Rotaract Club of Bikram College Shines with Triple Honors at District Level

The Rotaract Club of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce sponsored by Rotary Club Patiala Midtown (District 3090) marked a historic day at a special district-level event `Sampann Uttkarsh Puraskar’ held in Kasauli, where it secured three prestigious awards for its exceptional contributions during the Rotaract year 2024–25. The accolades were presented by District Rotaract Representative (DRR) Sahil Jindal in a ceremony that celebrated the club’s service, leadership and innovation.
One of the highlights was the club’s February initiative, recognized as the Best Project of the Month — a testament to the creativity, meticulous planning and impactful community service that set it apart at the district level.
The crowning achievement came with the title of Best Rotaract Club of the Year 2024–25, honoring the club’s sustained teamwork, innovative approach and meaningful service initiatives.
Further amplifying its achievements, the club’s notable events and initiatives were featured in the annual Rotaract district magazine, underscoring its growing influence within the wider Rotaract community.
These successes were made possible through the steadfast mentorship of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata whose guidance continues to inspire the club to achieve greater heights. The role of esteemed alumnus CA Rajiv Goyal is also commendable, reflecting his commitment to the club’s growth and his efforts in inspiring members to serve society with great passion. The club also expressed heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Reetu Kapoor, Club In-charge, for her constant encouragement and support.
Adding to the honors, club president Raghav Garg was named Outstanding President, recognition of his unwavering dedication towards the club.
