Ryan International School Celebrates 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm

Ryan International School Patiala celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotic fervour, and a deep sense of gratitude towards our motherland. The entire campus was beautifully decorated with tricolour flags, flowers, and creative posters that reflected the spirit of freedom.
The celebration began with the arrival of the esteemed Guest of Honour, Squadron Leader Dinesh, whose inspiring journey and dedication to the nation made the occasion even more meaningful. The guest was warmly welcomed by Principal Pooja Sharma, staff, School Council and students with a sapling as a token of respect.
The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag by our Guest of honour, accompanied by the singing of the National Anthem, which filled every heart with pride. This was followed by a stirring address from the esteemed Guest, who reminded the students of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and urged them to become responsible citizens who contribute positively to society.The cultural programme featured patriotic songs, dances, depicting the struggles of the freedom movement and the importance of unity in diversity. Speeches and poems by students echoed the values of courage, sacrifice, and nation-building.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, where gratitude was expressed to the Guest of Honour, dignitaries, teachers, and students for making the celebration memorable. Sweets were distributed among all, marking the joy of the day.The celebration was not just a tribute to our glorious past but also a reminder of our duties towards shaping a better future for our nation.
