Ryan Patiala Celebrates Montessori Graduation-cum-Annual Day with Grandeur

Ryan International School, Patiala, celebrated its 18th Montessori Graduation-cum-Annual Dayfor Montessori to Grade 2with immense enthusiasm and grandeur. The theme of the function, ‘Roots to Grow, Wings to Fly,’ conceptualised by our Director, Sonal Pinto, was a vibrant showcase of cultural performances, soul-stirring music, and captivating theatrical acts, presented by the students. The key highlight of the occasion was the Montessori Graduation Ceremony.
The festivities commenced in the presence of a large gathering of esteemed guests, students, and parents. The session was graced by distinguished guests, including Satish Verma (Vice Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University), Prof. Harinder Pal Singh (Sports Director, Chitkara University) and Prof. Tejinder Singh (International Kabaddi Coach). As per the school’s cherished tradition, they were warmly welcomed with the school band and were presented alush green sapling, a memento and a painting created by our budding artists.
The event commenced on a spiritual note by seeking Almighty’s blessings and prayer songs. The little ones delighted the audience with their multilingual welcome speeches, earning heartfelt appreciation from guests and parents alike.
A spectacular array of colourful dances, musical drama, toy band & choir presentation and engaging performances enthralled the audience. Students mesmerized everyone with Welcome Dance, Caterpillar Dance, Space Dance, Dreamers’ Dance, Uddne Ki Tamanna and Acrobat Dance.The energy soared to its peak with a power-packed Bhangra performance, where students showcased Punjab’s rich cultural heritage through electrifying moves and rhythmic beats.The Gala Round brought an extra dose of excitement, showcasing the young talents in a grand celebration of creativity and confidence.
As the ceremony progressed, students from Montessori to Grade 2 were felicitated with medals and certificates in recognition of their outstanding achievements. The event reached its pinnacle with the crowning of ‘Ryan Prince and Princess’ for different of Mont to Std 2, making it a cherished and prestigious moment for the young achievers. In Montessori 1, Prince Gurshaan Singh and Princess Shiza Ahmad proudly received their crowns. In Montessori 2, Prince Triansh Rana and Princess Amayra Dhiman were honoured for their charm. Montessori 3 saw Prince Vihaan Singla and Princess Mehreen Kaur shine as they claimed their titles.
Among the eager learners of Grade 1, Prince Triaksh Kumar and Princess Ananta Saini were crowned, making it a proud moment. In Grade 2, Prince Yuvraaj Singh Srow and Princess Prateeksha Batish received their honours, concluding the celebration.
In the concluding address, the esteemed guests lauded the effortsof Principal, Pooja Sharma for fostering growth of the students under the visionary leadership of the Chairman, Dr.A.F. Pintoand MD, Dr. Grace Pinto. They encouraged students to pursue excellence with dedication and determination. The event successfully concluded with the Closing Chorus, marking the culmination of a grand celebration.
