Today, Ryan International School Patiala organized an Investiture Ceremony marking the formation of a new council with the motto to invest the students with a sense of responsibility and transform them into future leaders with their heads held high. The event marked the formal installation of the new student council for the A.Y. 2024-25.
The ceremony commenced with prayers and blessings from the Lord Almighty, followed by prayer songs and welcome songs performed by the school choir. Students delivered a warm welcome speech, emphasizing the importance of leadership and responsibility. The Guests of Honour, PCS Navreet Kaur Sekhon (ADC, Patiala) and Er. Narinder Singh Dhindsa (H.O.D. CSE, Govt. Polytechnic College, Patiala), were cordially felicitated by the Principal, Pooja Sharma, with a lush green sapling, an emblem of growth and prosperity.
The highlight of the event was the induction of the newly elected student council members headed by the School President, Japjyot Kaur, School Prime Minister, Avijot Singh, Vice President, Avreet Manshahia, Deputy Prime Minister, Mannat Dhindsa, Speaker, Kabir and Deputy Speaker, Shubhpreet Kaur. The illustrious Guests of Honour felicitated them with their portfolios and certificates. This was followed by the ceremonial oath ceremony. The Guests of Honour for the occasion motivated the students with their inspiring address, highlighting the significance of student leadership in fostering a positive school environment.
For their unwavering support and guidance, the School Council extended heartfelt gratitude to Chairman, Dr. A.F. Pinto, and MD, Dr. Grace Pinto, for their visionary leadership and commitment to excellence.The event left everyone motivated and looking forward to a productive year ahead.
