SBS Campus organised Workshop in association with IIT Bombay

The Placement Cell of SBS Campus organized one day workshop on “Illuminate (Pre-Eureka) Workshop”.The workshop was conducted by E-Cell of IIT, Bombay. The aim of this workshop was to create awareness about the intricacies related to Entrepreneurship, scripting a Business Model, Marketing and Finance among college students. The workshop was solemnly started by offering floral tributes to the statue of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Ji.
Puneet Raman, Founder and Director of Prowisdom Growth was key speaker during this Entrepreneurship Skill Development workshop. Total 85 students from various branches, courses and years participated in this workshop. During this workshop the students valued learning the 9 components of a Business Model Canvas, Idea Generation Techniques, Team Formation, Branding their Startup, Unique Value Proposition, Research, Taking the initial steps to begin the startup journey by converting an idea into a commercially viable revenue model, the role of Finance & the value of building up persuasion skills while pitching your value proposition to potential customers & Investors.
The winning team got the gift of a book “Ready Steady Go” authored by Deepak Mehra to empower themselves in their journey ahead. Training & Placement Officer, Dr. GazalPreet Singh lauded the efforts of students committee headed by Pramod Kumar Misra (Overall Coordinator); Suraj Bhan Singh (Event Head); Vivek Tripathi (Head Public Relations); Rahul Kumar, SharwanYadav, Vashu, Shivani, Riya, Ramanand, Prateek, Satyendra and Priyaranjan for making hard efforts for smooth conduct of this workshop.
Campus Director T.S. Sidhu appreciated the efforts of Dr.Gazal Preet Arneja TPO, Kamal Khanna ATPO and Inderjeet Singh Gill ATPO for successful conduct of this workshop.
