Scholar Fields Public School celebrated Gurpurab with religious fervor

A serene and tranquil ambiance marked the warmth of the celebration of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji’s birth anniversary which was celebrated in the Scholar Fields Public School, Patiala with great religious fervour and reverence. The function began with the chanting of holy Shabad ‘ Satgur Nanak Pargatya…… ‘ followed by more shabads, speeches and poetry recitation by students and teachers to highlight the life, teachings, udasis and sakhis of guru ji.
The school Director S.S.Sodhi ,in his address ,inspired students to follow the teachings of guru ji in their day to day life . He also appreciated the effort of the students under the guidance and supervision of their teachers for having put up such an excellent programme.
The programme culminated on a peaceful note with the distribution of Prasad amongst all students and teachers.
