Principal Secretary Punjab water resources department Krishan Kumar, IAS has issued an order, giving the additional charge of Chief Engineer Dams to Varinder Kumar, chief engineer vigilance, after Harinder Pal Singh Bedi failed to join as Chief Engineer, Dams, Shahpurkandi.
