Today Patiala police has issued a Look out Circular (LOC) against the former congress MLA Hardial Kamboj and his son Nirbhai Singh Kamboj alias Milty as a prime accused in a  suicide case done by a Rajpura resident Ramesh Kumar. Ramesh Kumar had committed suicide by consuming sulphas at local Shivaji Park on November 11,2022 and leveled serious allegation of harassment on the duo Kamboj’s.

SSP Patiala Varun Sharma has confirmed the same and said “Patiala police is already raiding the expected hideouts of the former MLA and his son and will arrest them, if they are hiding in any part of the country.”

In another setback to former congress MLA Hardial Kamboj the court has rejected his anticipatory bail.

The issuance of Look out Circular (LOC) against the former congress MLA Hardial Kamboj and his son Nirbhai Singh Kamboj alias Milty is a major setback to the Congress. It has dented the image of the party. As per available information Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra is schedule to enter Punjab via Shambu border and will proceed towards Amritsar while passing through Rajpura. The party is planning to give a rousing welcome to Rahul Gandhi when he is going to enter Punjab and has asked the Hardial Kamboj to coordinate with the coordinators of the yatra for this as the area falls under his assembly constituency.  He is assigned to bring large number of workers for the yatra. But, today’s development has brought setback to the party fold.

Even the party has nominated Hardial Kamboj in November last week as a member of a high-powered committee for Ludhiana  municipal corporation which are scheduled to go for elections early next year.
