Aam Admi Party (AAP) has made clandestine victory in Punjab. Many of the party candidates have won their seats with huge margins. But the seven candidates remained star winners of AAP in this historic victory that defeated the sitting chief minister, party presidents and former chief ministers of the state.

The interesting point is that these seven stars are the first timers and who defeated the bigwigs, shot guns, who’s who of national, state politics.

Labh Singh Ugoke

 Labh Singh Ugoke, 35 years old is 12th pass and a small businessman (Stitching work) is AAP candidate from Bhadaur, who defeated sitting chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi with a huge margin of 37,558 votes.

Charanjit Singh

Charanjit Singh, 61 years old, MS (Ophthalmology) from PGI is   AAP candidate from Chamkaur Sahib who defeated incumbent chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi in his home constituency by 7942 votes. Charanjit Channi represented Chamkaur Sahib Constituency in Vidhan sabha for three consecutive terms.

Ajitpal Singh Kohli

Ajitpal Singh Kohli, 43 years old is MA (English) is into transport business, is once a youngest mayor of India defeated two time chief minister and Punjab Lok Congress founder Capt Aamarinder Singh, in his home turf by 19873 votes. Capt Amarinder Singh represented Patiala urban for four consecutive terms in Punjab Vidhan Sabha.

Jagdeep Kamboj , 37 years old a BA, L.Lb is in Agriculture, business is AAP candidate who defeated shiromani akali dal president and former deputy chief minister of Punjab Sukhbir Singh Badal by 30,930 votes in his home constituency, Jalalabad.

Gurmit Singh Khudian , 59 years old is matric pass is an agriculturist,  is AAP candidate from Lambi who defeated five time chief minister of Punjab and oldest candidate in this election Prakash Singh Badal from his stronghold Lambi constituency by 11,357 votes.

Barinder Kumar Goyal Vakeel, a 63 years old is L.Lb and into a consultancy business is a AAP candidate who defeated Punjab’s lone woman chief minister Rajinder kaur Bhathal from Lehra constituency by more than 39,000 votes.
