SIT formed to investigate Patiala violence

As per available information, the state home department has made a five member special investigation team (SIT) to investigate the April 29, 2022 violence that rocked the Patiala city.
As per sources the SIT will be headed by SP (Investigation) Patiala Dr Mehtab Singh, will be assisted by two DSPs- DSP City 1 and DSP (D) along with two SHOs- SHO Kotwali and SHO CIA, Patiala.
When contacted the IG Patiala range Mukhwinder Singh Chinna and SIT head Dr Mehtab Singh they didn’t responded to the calls.
