‘Spring Extravaganza’ celebrated at Police D.A.V Public School, Patiala

‘Spring Extravaganza’ was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm at Police D.A.V Public School, Patiala.
The programme started on a spiritual note by lighting the lamp.
After that, the Principal of the school, Savita Dhankar welcomed all the parents who came and informed them about the objectives of the school. Under this programme, a colorful program was presented by the students of primary classes of the school in which first of all a joy dance and enactment was presented by the tiny tots of the school.
The message of planting more and more trees was given to the society through a poem. Poems were sung by the students of class VI to encourage everyone.
A choreography was also presented by the students of third, fourth and fifth classes. A street play was presented by the students of classes one and two through which the message was given that children do not only want material things from their parents but they also want their time and company.
Ramp walk and fun games were also organized for the parents In which parents participated enthusiastically.
Dandiya presented by the students mesmerized one and all present there.
The school Principal informed the parents about the achievements of the school.
The Principal of the school appreciated the painstaking efforts put in by the teachers and students in making the event a huge success.
The function concluded with National Anthem.
