Successful Farewell Event “Rukhsat -2024” at Government Bikram College of Commerce

The students of B. Com Part two of Govt Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala bid a farewell to their peers in B. Com Part Three with the successful hosting of the “Rukhsat -2024” farewell event, under the guidance of College Principal Dr. Kusum Lata on March 27,2024.
The event filled with fun,laughter,music and nostalgic moments commenced with a ceremonial lamp lighting ceremony led by Principal Dr. Kusum Lata, accompanied by Dr. Vaneeta Rani and Pr. Ram Kumar. The students and the staff enjoyed entertaining dance performances and engaging activities, creating a lively atmosphere.
A highlight of the event was a ramp walk featuring both teachers and outgoing students, adding flair to the proceedings. The celebration concluded with a shared lunch, fostering unity and companionship among all.
Principal Dr. Kusum Lata commended the organizing team and participants emphasising the importance of such events in fostering bonds and creating lasting memories.The “Rukhsat -2024” farewell event served as a memorable occasion, strengthening bonds and leaving a lasting impression on all present.
The students bid heartfelt farewell promising to cherish the memories created and carry forward the spirit of togetherness nurtured within the college walls. The event was organized by Dr. Rekha Rani, Dr. Jyoti Tirthani, Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, and Kavita Garg.
