Suspended former Rupnagar MLA Sandoa resigns from AAP, give proof of allegations, MLA tells Sandoa

Former Rupnagar MLA Amarjit Singh Sandoa has resigned from Aam Aadmi Party(AAP).He was suspended from the party recently for indulging in alleged anti-party activities.
Sandoa addressed a press conference at Chandigarh today ,in which he showed his resignation letter sent to AAP Punjab unit president Aman Arora.
Sandoa said that he had only participated in the protest dharnas of the local people,who were demanding arrest of the vehicle driver who had hit women at village Dumewal near Nurpur Bedi on July 5,2025 due to which one woman had died.
He also leveled serious allegations against constituency MLA and said that he had sent letters to chief minister Bhagwant Mann to enquire in to these allegations, but instead of taking action on these allegations,he(Sandoa) was suspended from the party.
Sandoa said that party had suspended him only but he would no longer have any association with the party and was resigning from its primary membership. He said that he stood by the people of his constituency and come what many would continue to do so in future.
Sandoa said that he would decide his future course as per the wishes of the people of his constituency.
When contacted MLA Dinesh Chadha refuted the allegations and said that Sandoa must give proof of allegations leveled by him.
