Synergy University Russia to collaborate with Khalsa College

Delegation from Synergy University, Moscow, Russia visited Khalsa College Patiala for discussions and deliberation about Student Exchange programmes, Synergy Summer Camps and Faculty Exchange Programmes. Such programmes have been planned for opening new avenues for higher education and employment opportunities. The collaboration between Synergy University, Moscow and Khalsa College Patiala will make possible new opportunities for students for developing new ideas regarding global issues and for understanding other cultures.

Vera Redenko, Head of International Division, Synergy University, Moscow, while addressing the students and faculty members, emphasised upon various advantages of Student Exchange Programmes. The collaboration between the two institutions will generate new possibilities for equipping the students with the latest and upcoming educational practices and with better employment capabilities. The students will get enriched by this programme with practical knowledge regarding their future prospects in career. They will be provided with comfortable studying and living conditions at affordable cost. The course will enhance knowledge in various fields like Information Technology, Global Economies, Linguistics etc.

Dr. Dharminder Singh Ubha, Principal, Khalsa College Patiala said that the collaboration between the two institutes has been planned keeping in view the increasing global competence and the need for international exposure for global opportunities. The students will develop their overall personality through this Student Exchange Programme and they will be benefited for getting employment in various sectors with more practical knowledge.

Karan Menon from Cox and Kings, Bombay, representative of Synergy University in India, told the audience that international exposure and knowledge will be provided by this programme. While appreciating this initiative, he said that ‘Experience, Learn and Enjoy’ is the motto of the programme. Upinder Singh, Representative of this programme in Patiala, said that the course structure of the camp will be decided by keeping in mind the needs of the students for gaining practical knowledge in various fields.
