Tehsildar writes letter to take action against official submitted fake SC Certificate

Tehsildar Gurmeet Singh Michra presently posted as Naib Thesildar Fatehgarh Sahib who had issued fake SC certificate to one Manjeet Singh when posted as N T Mandigobindgarh, fearing repercussions have tried to save his skin by writing to Govt that he had issued the certificate after following due process.
Giving his version, Tehsildar Gurmeet Singh Michra wrote”that he issued the SC certificate to Manjeet Singh after adopting due course of verification and definitely would have not committed any wrong. Beneficiary has produced this certificate intentionally and malafide intentions and have committed forgery and cheating with some evil design and i am not at any fault and responsible for his misdeeds”
But Manjeet Singh submitted forged documents and procured SC Certificate for which he was not entitled. Suo motto he has written fearing Government action as Minister Sadhu Singh Dharmsot have issued a press statement to take stern action against all those involved in this activity. Dharmsot have issued a warning to deposit back all such fake certificates otherwise Government would not spare anyone involved including the issuing authorities, Numberdars/sarpanches/counsellors who put wrong attestations and misled the revenue authorities to issue fake certificates.

S R LADHAR Retired IAS officer and Incharge PAGAAM is relentlessly perusing these cases with a big team of retired IRS ,IPS and officers from Judiciary. The solution lies in the formation of SIT as suggested by PAGAAM to Pb Govt. As well as passing a new law on the pattern of Mahrashtra, Orissa, Chhatisgarh and Gujrat to plug the loopholes in procuring fake SC certificates.
Government must come heavily on such people procuring Fake Sc Certificates along with Revenue officials, Numberdars and Sarpanchs must also lose their jobs along with criminal action said Ladhar to stop this menace. In Punjab the department of Welfare of SC BC is always headed by a Scheduled Caste minister. But it is unfortunate that the SC population, the highest in the country is most suffering said Ladhar.
