Three trapped labourers die in house collapse, contractor, house owner booked

Three out of five labourers, who were buried under debris after a house collapsed in local Preet colony on Thursday, have died in the incident. One labourer is undergoing treatment at PGIMER,Chandigarh.
The search for the fifth labourer is going on.The deceased have been identified as Ramesh Kumar (39)of Village Kalsi, District Karnal, Haryana, Karthi(23)and Sahil (23)both resident of village Hara, district Ambala, Haryana .
The injured Ajim alias Najim of village Gudiya Pamar district Sahjanpur is undergoing treatment at PGIMER Chandigarh.
The teams of NDRF ,SDRF are involved in the search of fifth trapped labourer Abhishek son of Mohan Lal, resident of Harda District Ambala, Haryana in the debris. 
Meanwhile ,a case under section 304-A, 337, 338 IPC has been registered at City police station Rupnagar on the Complaint of Rajesh Kumar of Kalasi, District Karnal Haryana against house owner Sukhwinder Singh and contractor Sunil Kumar of village Kalasi, District Karnal ,Haryana ,who has been arrested by the police.
