Trade unions, officer associations, welfare associations’ to lodge protest on 16th Dec against 100 percent FDI; demands Merger of PSGICS

“The General Insurance Employees All India Association (GIEAIA), AIIEA, All India General Insurance SC/ST Employees Parishad(Jaya Murthy), Insurance OBC Employees Welfare Association(IOBCEWA),All India SC/ST General Insurance Employees welfare Association, The General Insurance officers All India Association(INTUC), AIGI E Congress, along with other likeminded associations and Unions will be holding Demonstration during lunch hours on 16th December 2024 throughout the Country in head office (HO), regional offices (ROs) and at all Major Centers, OPPOSING 100%FDI in Insurance sector and Demanding Merger of PSGICs for strengthening PSGICs” said Trilok singh.
“The above Associations appeal to all it members and also to other likeminded Associations to make the Struggle against 100% FDI and Demand of Merger of PSGICs a great success” added Singh.
“The above Associations shall also participate in the program of JFTU to achieve our legitimate demands. In Delhi the Lunch Hour Demonstration against 100 per cent FDI and Our Demand for Merger of PSGICs for Strengthening PSGICs shall take place at GIPSA Office at Old OIC Head Office Building at Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi” said the spokesperson of GIEAIA Class 1,3&4, AIIEA, AIl India General Insurnce SC/ST Employees, Parishad(Jayamurthy), IOBCEWA.
