Transgenders attack Municipal Corporation, Police officials

Today a team of Municipal corporation Patiala accompanied by police officials on deputation with corporation, went for an enforcement drive near Fountain chowk, Patiala. Where Raju and Pintu S/O Hakam singh R/O Dhanka mohalla, who are running a dhabha over there and 4-5 transgenders attacked MC team and police officials on deputation with them.
Further, they created undue ruckus, obstructed team from official duty, made obscene gestures in public and pelted stones over the team and public.
Even some of the transgenders removed their clothed and made obscene gestures, pelting everyone around with stones and harassed MC workers and policemen.
Therefore, on the statement of MC Patiala a case is being registered against them at PS Civil Lines Patiala.
Therefore, on the statement of complainant Sunil kumar Mehta Supdt Municipal Corporation Patiala, an FIR No 272 dated 10/10/19 U/S 353 (Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any person being a public servant in the execution of his duty) ,186 (Obstructing public servant in discharge of public functions.),294 (recites or utters any obscene song, ballad or words, in or near any public place) ,332 (Voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty.) ,341 (for wrongful restraint) ,323 (voluntarily causes hurt,),427 (Whoever commits mischief and thereby causes loss or damage to the amount of fifty rupees or upwards) ,160 (for committing affray) ,148 (Rioting, armed with deadly weapon),149 (every member who is part of an unlawful assembly is guilty of the offense committed in prosecution of the common object) IPC, Damage to public property Act 1984 has been registered at PS Civil Lines, against accused
