Trident Group, one of the country’s largest Textile (Yarn, Bath & Bed Linen) , Paper (Wheat Straw-based) and chemical manufacturer spearheads yet another industry-first initiative ‘Chairman’s Golden Heart Club’ for the welfare of its employees and their families. Under the philosophy of ‘Pehle Khushi Phir Khushali’, it has defined 15 strong fundamentals supporting stress-free work and life, swift grievance resolution, women empowerment, knowledge transformation, celebrating great performers, upgrading social infrastructure through innovation, holistic well-being, among others.

The industry’s first initiative focuses on making a holistic difference to each member’s quality of life through its impact on everything from career well-being, social, physical, community and financial well-being.

The company has always been at the forefront when it comes to striking an alignment between organizational vision and employee aspirations. Designed to foster an unparalleled workplace environment, this club empowers members of the Trident family by nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and well-being. With an aim of making Trident a Great Place to Perform (GPTP), members of the club design, act, own and deliver various initiatives at the grassroot to make real and sustainable difference.

Originally, comprising a team of 250 volunteers, the club has now expanded to encompass over 700 dedicated members, thereby broadening its scope and impact.

Under our overarching commitment of “Sarbat Da Bhala” which means ‘Good for All’, the Golden Heart Club takes pride in its unwavering resolution towards continuous employee welfare, fairness and justice. Initiatives like ‘Panchsabha’– foster open dialogue and swift grievance redressal. Subsidized & nutritious food for everyone adds value to the physical well-being of members who give it their all to the organization they love. Relationships strengthen through good and tough times. With that thought in mind, birthday as well as bereavement leaves have been introduced for all members of the Trident family.

Commitment to ensuring true Diversity and Inclusivity is well reflected in another landmark step towards women empowerment – ‘Asmita’ where special benefits are provided to company’s women employees like 30-day special leaves per year, menstrual leaves etc.,ensuring they have sufficient time to fulfill their social & family commitments without having to compromise on their work and careers. The company has also launched a special loyalty incentive for all its employees which will offer up to 10 percent of an employee’s salary as a bonus for every completed year of service.

This is only a start. The organization that’s on a well-defined path of transformation is committed to ensuring that they play their part not just for their existing members but also for members of the community.
