TSPL Observes 75th Independence Day on the beats of patriotic song ‘Hum Hindustani’

Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (TSPL) observed 75th independence day expressing solidarity and unity of purpose with the communities, business partners, drivers, security guards and the employees. The celebrations included launch of patriotic song ‘Hum Hindustani’ supported by Vedanta Ltd. The soulful lyrics of the powerful song reverberates the spirit of nationalism and hopes for a brighter future.
Flag hoisting was done by Vikas Sharma, CEO and WTD ,TSPL within the Guest House premises, on 15th August 2021 in presence of all the staff and guards followed by National Anthem and playing of song ‘Hum Hindustani’. On the special occasion of 75th Independence day yet another song ‘Ye teri Sarzameen’ penned by Vikas Sharma CEO TSPL was also played echoing the premises with patriotic notes.
Saluting the spirit of independence, Vikas Sharma, CEO and WTD, TSPL, said, “ We are grateful to the armed forces for their invincible courage, grit and determination for maintaining the safety and integrity of the country. We respect and bow down to the front line workers for their exemplary courage and service to mankind. In Vedanta, we are working for a larger purpose and are committed to ‘Desh ki zarroraton ke liye and we shall continue to work with utmost integrity, solidarity and unity of purpose to contribute to nation’s progress.”
The celebrations concluded with felicitation ceremony , acknowledging the contribution of the security guards for their dedicated services in keeping the plant safe and secure.
