Duggal is a 2007 Batch IPS Officer of Telangana Cadre, who is on inter cadre deputation to Punjab and served first as SSP Amritsar Rural and then as SSP Patiala.
Police officers have been at the forefront of fighting the pandemic and not just busy enforcing curfews and lockdowns, but also educating public through village police officers and quelling rumours.
