Dr. Navleen Kaur, Head Department of Commerce and Management, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University Fatehgarh Sahib released a book on “Corporate Governance and Business ethics”. The Book highlights the system in which Cooperations are directed and controlled. The corporate governance is the area that has grown rapidly in the recent years. The book explains the concerns regarding global financial crisis, corporate scandals and the public concern over the apparent lack of effective working of boards and perceived executive remuneration packages. It also highlights the relevance of business ethics and norms.
The research field of Dr. Navleen Kaur is Customer Relationship Management. She has 20 years of experience in both academic and corporate sector. She has published number of research papers in reputed journals and participated in various conferences and seminars in the related subjects. The co-author Amanpreet Singh is the former Asst. Prof of commerce, Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib. His area of specialization is accounting and taxation. He is currently working as audit inspector in the department of Cooperation, Govt. of Punjab.
