4 Punjab IAS officers get additional charge

Punjab Government on Wednesday gave additional charge of Principal Secretary Labour to Additional Chief Secretary Welfare of SCs and BCs R Venkta Ratnam.
Disclosing this here today, the spokesperson of Punjab Government stated that Principal Secretary NRI Affairs Kirpa Shankar Saroj has also been given additional charge of Principal Secretary Jails.
Likewise, Secretary Tourism and Culture Jaspal Singh has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary General Administration, Coordination and Principal Secretary Planning.
Registerar Coopertive Societies Vikas Garg will be looking after work and post of MD Milkfed in addition to his present assignment during the period Manjit Singh Brar, MD MILKFED remains on election duty as observer (till December 13)
Pertinently, the additional charges have been given owing to the three officers -Principal Secretary Labour Roshan Sunkaria, Principal Secretary Jails Sucha Ram Ladhar and Principal Secretary General Administration, Coordination and Principal Secretary Planning Vikas Pratap going on leave respectively November 23 to December 12, December 1 to 10 and December 20 to 31, the spokesperson added.
