50 Students selected in Placement Week at BGGI
Sangrur: With the commencement of 2018, world’s many top-notch companies have conducted placement drives in Bhai Gurdas Group of Institutions. A special placement week was organized in the campus in which the well-known companies included Bhilwara Infotechnology Limited, Education Culture Private Limited, ICICI Prudential and ARN Telly Services, conducted on campus recruitment drives. Coca Cola Private Limited and Bisleri Private Limited have organized off campus placement drives. Initially, selected students were shortlisted through written test. And finally they were selected through an interview. The students of B.Tech (All branches), M.Tech (All branches), Diploma, BCA, BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com and MCA participated. 50 students were finally selected with a package of 1.8-3.6 lacs per annum. The selected students will work on the posts of Software Engineer, Web Developer and Marketing Executive.
Hakam Singh Jawandha, Chairman BGGI and Dr. Guninderjit Singh Jawandha, Executive Member, BGGI felicitated the selected students and said that in a short span of time, they have carved a niche in providing the best technical education and numerous opportunities to its students so as to give an edge to their career. The professional courses give first hand professional opportunities to the students. The successful students gave all the credit of their success to the chairman, management and teachers who have played a key role in achievement of this success.
