India and Pakistan have extended the closure of their airspace for each other’s military and civilian aircrafts till October 24, 2025.

The two countries have kept their skies closed to each other’s planes since April after the Pahalgam terror attack.

Both have issued separate Notice to Airmen for extending the closure.

The ban includes all aircraft registered in Pakistan — passenger aircraft, cargo aircraft, and military aircraft and also aircrafts owned or leased by Pakistan airlines.

The airspace restrictions will remain in place until 5:29 a.m. IST on October 24, 2025.
