IKG PTU Vice Chancellor inaugurated Admissions 2026-27 portal, Registration Opened for 06 University Campuses

I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU) has launched its registration cum admission portal for new academic session 2026-27. The Vice Chancellor of the University Prof (Dr) Susheel Mittal has launched it under the motto Maximum Digital Solutions and Facilitation to students.
The university conducts its admissions through digital medium every year and updates its digital admission portal every time through the feedback of students and their parents. This time the admission portal has been made even more student friendly. The University has opened admissions through this portal at Main Campus Kapurthala, Sri Amritsar Sahib Campus, Hoshiarpur Campus, Mohali Campus (One & Two) and its Batala Campus.
Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Susheel Mittal shared that being a state Technical University, IKG PTU is providing best faculty & infrastructure at University’s all 06 campuses on very less & genuine fee as per the Punjab Govt. vision.
Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr) Susheel Mittal said that digital admissions are providing an easy & transparent way to the students. He said that students from other states including Punjab are also coming & approaching through digital resources for admissions in all the University campuses.
Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr) Mittal said that it is the result of the better work of the Punjab government that the confidence of the students in government universities and educational institutions has increased. Citing the ultra-modern infrastructure and best & highly qualified faculty of the university, he appealed to the parents and students to definitely check the capability, capacity of the educational institutions from home through digital medium.
On this occasion, University Registrar Dr. Navdeepak Sandhu, Dean Academics cum Chief Coordinator Admissions Prof (Dr) Yadwinder Singh Brar, Dean R&D Dr. Parveen Bansal, Dean Dr. Gaurav Bhargava, Finance Officer Dr. Sukhbir Singh Walia, Controller Examination Dr. Paramjit Singh, Associate Dean Prof. (Dr.) Rajeev Bedi, Deputy Registrar Academics & Admissions Dr. Pawan Garg & academic campus courses HODs & officers were present in the inauguration ceremony.
