Mata Gujri Collge, Fatehgarh Sahib and Satnam Sarab Kalyan Trust organized Naujwan Gurmat Chetna workshop on the topic ‘Gurmat Anusar Jeevan Jaach’

Director Principal of Mata Gujri College Fatehgarh Sahib Dr. Kashmir Singh presided over the day. Dr. Sarabjit Singh Renuka, Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana, Rajinder Singh, Program Manager, Satnam Sarab Kalyan Trust and Dr. Kanwaljit Singh, former principal, Govt. College, SAS Nagar (Mohali) were keynote speakers of the workshop conducted at Mata Gujri College Fatehgarh Sahib campus.

Dr. Kamaljit Singh said,” In this era of technology, depression among the young generation is a big problem. Students are having many psychological problems. Only Gurmat life can help youth to come out of it. Youngsters should live their life according to Gurmat so that they can make their lives successful walking on the right path.”

Dr. Sarabjeet Singh Renuka said,” There is no end of human aspirations.  Everlasting happiness is ultimate aim of human aspiration. Misuse of technology is ruining our happiness. Only Gurmat Philosophy can bring everlasting happiness. Students should adopt and live their life according to the Gurmat ideology and human values should be protected.

Rajinder Singh said,” Every aspect of human life is revolving around the axis of contentment. We try to find it in materialistic things, which bring hopelessness. This contentment can be achieved only by adopting Guru’s teachings.”

Dr. Kanwaljeet Singh opined, ” Gurbani has all the answers of our questions. It teaches us to lead perfect life and relinquish all the bad things. We should proud of our great history and culture.”

Prof. Harveen Kaur,  Mata Gujri College, Fatehgarh Sahib Vice Principal, Administration extended a vote of thanks. On the occasion of workshop on the topic ‘Gurmat Anusar Jeevan Jaach’, members of Satnam Sarab Kalyan Trust, Mata Gujri College Fatehgarh Sahib  staff and students were also present.
