PSEBEA sounds protest bugle against PSPCL management; found innovative way of protest

Once again the Punjab state electricity board engineers association (PSBEA) has sounded a protest bugle against the powercom management for not adhering to their demands and unnecessarily trying to create strife and disturbing industrial peace.
PSEBEA spokesperson said “it was assured by the management that the new scales will be granted with the salary of Nov 2021. But it has been learnt that implementation of new pay scales has been deliberately delayed. The committee, constituted by the CM Punjab, has also agreed that all eligible AEs will be granted 5500/- with arrears from 01/01/2016. But only an incomplete circular was issued, to unnecessarily create strife and disturb industrial peace.”
He further added that “now, the Punjab state electricity board engineers association (PSBEA) has announces its agitation program. All engineers are going to exit Official whatsapp groups with immediate effect; official phones will be kept switched off as per earlier call given by the association.”
PSEBEA sounds protest bugle against PSPCL management; found innovative way of protest . The engineers association has asked the regional committees to collect official SIM cards from all engineers on December 15,2021 , 9:00 pm onwards.
For the first time the engineers association has founded an innovative way of protest. They have asked all its members to make a twitter account latest by December 15. From December 16, they all will tweet their grievances to the chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi through twitter. A template tweet has been made and all engineers will get that template on December 16 morning, so that they can tweet the same to CM Channi.
The association has asked its officers to hold regional protest meetings on December 16 & 17,2021.
“In case the management does not implement the already announced pay scale financial circulars immediately and resolves the issues of grant of 5500/- to all eligible AEs in line with the negotiations held and agreement reached with the committee appointed by CM Punjab, power engineers will be constrained to intensify the protest further” added the spokesperson of the association
