Punjab cabinet expansion-10 officers deputed for oath taking ceremony; 5 ministers to be inducted

Bhagwant Mann led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab is going to expand its ministry on Monday, afternoon. At least five ministers, including one woman, are expected to be inducted in the Bhagwant Mann ministry, taking its total strength to 15.
On Friday, Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann had gone to Delhi and held a meeting with party supermo Arvind Kejriwal.
As per available information, in the three-hour marathon meeting, the names of those who are to be inducted in the Cabinet were discussed.
Keeping this in view, the personnel department of Punjab govt has deputed 10 PCS officers for oath taking ceremony of cabinet ministers to be held on July 4, 2022 at 5:00 pm at Punjab Raj Bhawan.
The officers were informed to report to Sonali Giri, IAS, Director Information and public relations (DIPR), Punjab today at 3:00 pm at Guru Nanak Dev Auditorium, Punjab Raj Bhawan, Chandigarh.”
The PCS officers who were deputed for oath taking ceremony at Punjab Raj Bhawan are Rajesh Tripathi ( additional secretary emplyement generation& training), Dalwinderjit Singh (additional secretary Punjab state agricultural marketing board), Rubinderjit Singh Brar (additional managing director Punjab small industries and export corporation), Amarbir Singh (additional state transport commissioner, Punjab), Sanjeev Sharma (joint director, administration,O/o director, technical education & industrial training), Amarbir kaur Bhullar (general manager- personnel an administration PUNSUP, Rakesh Kumar (joint director, local government), Charandeep Singh (joint secretary, PWD, B&R), Jasleen kaur (chief manager, personnel, MARKFED), Sarabjeet Kaur (deputy director, administration, department of water resources) .
As per available information, the authorities have also asked the incharge ministers car section to get ready with 5 cars with flag, emblem and 5 security vehicles for the newly inducted ministers.

Now, eight posts in the Cabinet are lying vacant. After tomorrow’s expansion, still 3 posts of cabinet ministers will remain vacant.
