BFGI makes portal for state’s first exclusive project Imdaad at Muktsar

District Red Cross Society, Sri Muktsar Sahib started the first initiative project ‘Imdaad’ in collaboration with Indian Medical Association (IMA). Under this project, Private Hospitals of district will provided financial help of up to Rs. 15 thousand or bear 10% of total expenses incurred in the treatment of two needy patients every month. To help this project run successfully, Baba Farid Group of Institutions, Bathinda has made a special portal (online software). With the help of this portal, the details related to patients will be recorded and those patients will be referred to private hospitals as per their disease. The needy patients can get economic assistance for treatment in very simple method through this Portal.

On the Launching ceremony of this Project, Manish Jindal from Baba Farid Group of Institutions presented a detailed presentation of this portal and gave satisfactory answers to the queries raised. Chairman of District Red Cross Society, MK Arvind Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Sri Muktsar Sahib and Dr. Arpana Raj, President, Indian Medical Association (IMA), Sri Muktsar Sahib highly appreciated this portal and said that this portal has fulfilled the dream of project ‘Imdaad’ which is made by Baba Farid Group of Institutions and due to this portal (online Software) project ‘Imdaad’ has been successfully run since its very first day.

Dr. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal, Chairman, Baba Farid Group of Institutions shared his happiness and said that the institution has been continuously making efforts for social Services. He said that this portal (online software) which is developed by the institute would be very helpful for project ‘Imdaad’.
