GIEAIA bigwigs Binoy Viswam, Amarjeet Kaur and AITUC GS consistently pursuing genuine demands of PSGICs employees-Trilok

“Comrades Binoy Viswam and Amarjeet Kaur, after meeting with the Finance Minister twice in recent days on our long pending issues, will soon again meet with the Finance Minister and the Secretary of Finance to discuss these vital issues” added Trilok Singh,General Secretary, GIEAIA.
“We sincerely salute Comrade Binoy Viswam, Chairman of General Insurance Employees All India Association (GIEAIA) and former Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), and Comrade Amarjeet Kaur, President of GIEAIA and General Secretary of All India Trade Union Congress (AITUC), the mightiest and most patriotic union of the Indian working class, for consistently pursuing our long-standing issues. These include wage revision at par with LIC, uniform family pension at 30%, 14% NPS (National Pension Scheme), the merger of Public Sector General Insurance Companies (PSGICs), against privatization, adequate recruitment to fill vacancies in all cadres in PSGICs, and taking appropriate steps to strengthen PSGICs in the national interest” added Trilok Singh, General Secretary, GIEAIA.
“Comrade Binoy Viswam, along with other MPs and political parties, is actively working to urge the government to form a single monolithic corporation by merging all PSGICs. Under the leadership of Comrade Binoy Viswam and Comrade Amarjeet Kaur, GIEAIA is fighting diligently to resolve our long-pending demands” said Darshan Kumar Wadhwa, Secretary General, GIEAIA Class 1 Wing
“Furthermore, comrades, the GIEAIA leadership has urged General Insurance Public Sector Association (GIPSA) to call for discussions with unions and associations on the Charter of Demands at the earliest” added Darshan Kumar Wadhwa.
