NSS wing of Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University launches ‘My Diwali with My Bharat campaign’

Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University’s NSS wing has launched an inspiring “My Diwali with My Bharat” campaign, running from October 27-30, 2024, aimed at fostering community service and civic responsibility among students during the Diwali season.

Dr. Harneet Billing, Program Coordinator NSS, shared that the campaign’s activities include volunteering at the Government Civil Hospital in Fatehgarh Sahib on October 28, supporting hospital staff and engaging with patients.

On October 29, NSS volunteers will assist with traffic management at Madhopur Chowk, helping local authorities ensure a safe and efficient flow during the festive season. The campaign will conclude on October 30 with a cleanliness drive in local markets, promoting hygiene and community well-being.
