All issues regarding  NOC for sale and purchase of property will be solved soon-Jimpa

All issues regarding issuance of no objection certificate(NOC) for sale and  purchase sale of property. will be solved  soon. The previous governments made wrong policies regarding property, because of which people have been troubled for a long time, but now an honest government has been formed under the leadership of  Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and all the problems of the people are being redressed.

This was stated by the Minister of Revenue and Water Supply and Sanitation, Punjabi Brahm Shanker Sharma  Jimpa during an interaction with media persons after presiding over a meeting regarding the review of the ongoing development works and various welfare schemes in the district at the District Administrative Complex here on Monday. On this occasion, MLA of Rupnagar Dinesh Chadha and MLA of Chamkaur Sahib  Dr. Charanjit Singh were also present.

The cabinet minister said that after the Aam Aadmi Party came to power in Punjab, districts have been assigned to every minister so that they can be MLAs of the constituencies and by taking the district administration along with them, the development works or schemes which are going on, can be implemented properly.

He said that the present government has eradicated corruption from the tehsils in a very short period of time and the government’s campaign in this direction will continue uninterrupted. Reforms are underway in the Revenue Department to provide seamless services to the people of the state in a transparent manner.

The Cabinet Minister said that  steps are being taken for the development of tourism in Rupnagar district, the results of which will start to be seen soon. He said that steps are being taken to stop waste water being thrown into the rivers and no deficiency will be left in the conservation of water and water resources.

He said that the problems faced by the people regarding Patwaris are also being redressed. In order to meet the shortage of Patwaris, the training session of newly recruited Patwaris has been reduced to one year and the services of retired Patwaris are also being utilised.

Brahm Shanker Jimpa , during the meeting with the officials, instructed that the benefits of the employment related scheme should be reached to every household and special attention should be paid to making the youth skilled.

Meanwhile, Rupnagar MLA  Dinesh Chadha and  Chamkaur Sahib MLA  Dr. Charanjit Singh brought the problems related to their  constituencies in to the notice of  the Cabinet Minister, for which the Minister gave instructions to the officials on the spot.

During the meeting Deputy Commissioner Dr. Preeti Yadav gave information in the form of a presentation about the development projects and various schemes of the district.

Earlier, the Cabinet Minister was also given a guard of honor by a contingent of the Punjab Police. After the meeting, the cabinet minister also listened to the problems of the people and assured of a solution.

SSP Dr. Sandeep Garg, Additional Deputy Commissioner (G) . Harjot Kaur, ADC (Urban) Dr. Sona Thind, SDM Rupnagar Sasbir Singh, SDM Chamkaur Sahib Amrik Singh, Assistant Commissioner Dipankar Garg, Assistant Commissioner (grievances)  Harjot Kaur, PA to  Water Supply Minister Ranjit Singh, Civil Surgeon Dr. Parminder Kumar and all senior officials of the district administration were also present.
