Bikram Yuva Tourism Club of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce celebrated World Tourism Day

The Bikram Yuva Tourism Club of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala organized a declamation contest celebrating World Tourism Day with the theme ‘Rethinking Tourism’ under the guidance of College Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata. The topic for the declamation contest was ‘Tourism in India’.
The participants presented their views on Indian Tourism and future of Tourism industry in India. About 15 students participated in the declamation contest. Nandini Garg (B.Com-III) and Gurneet Kaur (B.Com-I) secured first position, Ramanpreet Kaur (B.Com-III) stood second and Gurnoor Kaur (B.Com-II) bagged third position.
Taniya Gabbi (B.Com-I) was given a consolation prize. The program was organized by Nancy Sharma. Dr. Paramjit Kaur and Satinder Kaur was present at the occasion.
