BJP appointed Capt Amarinder’s aides, turncoat leaders as district president; core BJP leaders sidelined

Punjab BJP President Ashwani Sharma has announced the new district presidents of the party. In the appointment list Capt Amarinder Singh close aides, turncoat leaders get the presidentship of district units of the saffron party.
BJP appointed Capt Amarinder’s aides, turncoat leaders as district president; core BJP leaders sidelined. KK Malhotra who has been appointed as BJP President, Patiala (Urban) remained district congress president and Punjab Lok Congress district Patiala president, is a close confident of Capt Amarinder Singh, former congress chief minister of Punjab. Malhotra joins BJP along after the merger of Capt’s Punjab Lok congress in BJP. He replaces core BJP pleader and district Patiala urban president Harinder Kohli.
Like wise Didar Singh Bhatti, a turncoat leader has been appointed district fatehgarh sahib uint. He remained a loyal leader of shiromani akli dal, shifted his loyalty and joins Manpreet Singh Badal led PPP, then rejoin Akali dal and deserted the party to join BJP.
Sarup Chand Singla another turncoat leader has been appointed BJP district president Bathinda urban. Before joining BJP, he remained a loyal shiromani akali dal leader and Chief Parliamentary Secretary in SAD-BJP government in Punjab.
Avtar Singh Zira another turncoat leader has been appointed BJP district president Ferozepur . Before joining BJP, he remained a loyal shiromani akali dal leader.
Surjit Singh Garhi, a SGPC member who joined BJP is the new BJP district president of Patiala Rural (North).
Likewise Karanveer Singh Dhillon, grandson of four time congress MLA from Samrala and close confident of Capt Amarinder Singh is the new BJP district president of Khanna.
Similarly, Ranjit Singh Khojewal, former shiromani akali dal leader from kapurthala is the new district president of saffron party to represent Kapurthala .
SAD leader Ravipreet Singh Sidhu who joined BJP is rewarded with the president ship of district Bathinda rural for deserting shiromani akali dal.
