CRPF Women Motor Bikers Expedition’s facilitation at Lamrin Tech Skills University turned into festival

In the series of events, It was another memorable day for the fraternity of Lamrin Tech Skills University, Punjab when felicitation ceremony of the” Yashasvini” all women motorcycle Expedition 2023 turned into a festival. All participants of CRPF and their officers under the theme ,” Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” reached at university campus in SBS Nagar of Punjab which was flagged off from Srinagar (J & K) under the Government of India’s Initiative to celebrate birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel .
Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura Chancellor and Adviser NSDC Govt. of India in his presidential remarks stated that ” Yashasvini” All Bikers Women Expedition symbolizes the unity and strength of the women of India and spread awareness on treasuring the girl child. These women bikers carry the important social message of “ Beti Bachao – Beti Padhao”for creating a brand identity and ownership of the campaign across the nation. Dr Kaura further said that LTSU is also on the mission to empowering the girls students /women by skilling them in lines with campaign initiated by Govt of India. He also felicitated the all women bikers and other officials of the CRPF.
Jasbir Singh Sandhu , IGP North West Sector Chandigarh, and Kamal Sisodia, Commandant 13th Batallian CRPF, were present as a guest of honour during the event.
J.S. Sandhu and Kamal Sisodia Commandant, while appreciating women bikers, said that objective of this campaign is to inculcate the national unity and harmony among the people of India and also show and explain the importance of CRPF to maintain law and order, internal security and pride of country and its working style to the masses and its mission to organising programs to promote” Ek Bharat Shresht Bharat” and empowering the women of India through the theme Beti Bachao -Beti Padhao . They hugely appreciated and thanked Lamrin Tech Skills University for organising such a wonderful event in welcoming the biker expedition and promoting the National mission the save the girls .It was an environment of festivities when women bikers joined the university Students in performing folk dance Bhangra on the stage and around the audience. Prof. B.S. Satyal Registrar, S.S Bajwa, Joint Registrar, Sukhjit Singh Rana , DIG CRPF,P.S. Nijjar 2nd commandant and other officials of CRPF and all senior officials of university , teachers ,staff and students were present on the occasion.
