ED raids senior Punjab IAS officer residence

As per available information, Enforcement Directorate has raided the residence of senior IAS officer of Punjab government Varun Roojam in connection with Delhi government excise policy. He is Punjab’s excise commissioner.
As per available information ED has raided his residence in a nationwide search campaign in Delhi excise scam.
Earlier, the ED has raided the house of senior excise officer Naresh Dubey in this connection. He is joint commissioner (distilleries), Punjab excise department and a key person in making the excise policy.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducting raids in multiple cities including New Delhi in connection with the Delhi excise policy case, according to people familiar with the matter.
