Eminent Philanthropist extends support to flood victims; Punjab will not be allowed to face any shortage in this difficult time-Oberoi

Renowned globally as a “messiah of humanity,” Dr. S.P. Singh Oberoi, Founder of Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust, today visited flood-affected areas of Amritsar district and assured the people that he will not let Punjab face any shortage during these testing times.
Speaking to the media at Ajnala, Dr. Oberoi said Punjab is currently passing through a very difficult phase, and it is the moral duty of everyone to stand firmly with their land and people. He informed that his teams are continuously distributing dry ration, cattle fodder, medicines, and other essentials at large scale across all flood-affected regions.
Dr. Oberoi declared that he is ready to take this natural calamity as a long battle, providing immediate relief in the first phase through ration, fodder, tarpaulins, and mosquito nets. In the next phase, once the water recedes, medical teams and medicines will be deployed to tackle the spread of waterborne diseases.
On this occasion, former Cabinet Minister & MLA Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO, and MLA Amritpal Singh Sukhanand expressed gratitude to Dr. Oberoi, stating that his tireless humanitarian service and dedication in times of crisis will be remembered for generations to come.
Prominent among those present included Trust’s Senior Trustee Gurjeet Singh Oberoi, Punjab President Sukhjinder Singh, Advisor Sukhdeep Sidhu, District President Sishpal Laddi, Gen. Secretary Manpreet Sandhu Chamiari, Navjeet Singh Ghai, Eng. Jagdev Singh Cheena, Manpreet Singh Kamboj, Harinder Singh Sekhon, Palwinder Singh Sarhala, Amarjit Singh, and Sandeep Singh, along with a large number of local residents.
