Taking cognizance of the suicide note and suicide video of deceased Ramesh Kumar, Rajpura police has booked former congress MLA from Rajpura Hardial Singh Kamboj, his son Nirbhai Singh Kamboj alias Milty Kamboj for ‘Abetment of suicide’ case.
Today, a Rajpura resident Ramesh Kumar had committed suicide by consuming sulphas at local Shivaji Park. Before committing suicide he recorded his suicide message and leveled harassment allegations against former congress MLA Hardial Kamboj , his son Milty Kamboj, Avtar Singh a fake freedom fighter (as per Ramesh Kumar), Lovkesh Kapoor a 10th pass dental surgeon (as per Ramesh Kumar) , an advocate and on others .
In his suicide video message he had alleged that “the above mentioned persons are harassing him, they had rendered him jobless. A person Sanjeev Garg is not giving him his money back. He is also leaving a detailed suicide note that will help the police in registering case against him.
After the suicide, the deceased family members asked the local police to lodge FIR against all the culprits mentioned in the suicide note of Ramesh Kumar, including former MLA Rajpura Hardial Kamboj and his son Milty Kamboj.
Later the police acceded to the demands of deceased family and booked all the accused mentioned in the suicide note of Ramesh Kumar under section 306 of IPC for ‘Abetment of suicide’
Former Punjab Congress MLA, his son booked under section 306 by police. As per Rajpura police now after the registration of FIR, the police will arrest all the accused namely Hardial kamoj, Nirbhai Kamboj alias Milty Kamboj,Avtar Singh, Kapoor family, Sanjeev Garg.
As per available information Ramesh Kumar remained associated with various newspapers as a reporter from Rajpura in the past.
