GNDU announces state level counselling schedule for LL.M

The Department of Laws, Guru Nanak Dev University has conducted LL.M Joint Entrance Test on July 18,2024 and the entire staff worked under the instructions of Dean Academic, Head of the Department and Dr. Meenu Verma. Dr. Bimaldeep Singh, Head of the Department said that the physical counselling for LL.M will be on 25th and 26th July at GNDU, Main Campus, Amritsar for the candidates interested in Main Campus, Amritsar as well as at GNDU, Regional Campus, Jalandhar for the candidates interested in Regional Campus, Jalandhar. The students will have to report at respective campuses with their original documents and two sets of photostat documents along with the proof of having appeared in LL.M Joint Entrance 2024.
The Law Department, Guru Nanak Dev University is currently also conducting State Level Counselling for admissions to BALLB. As per the first counselling, 55 seats are filled (for Punjab quota – 32 General, 12 Scheduled Castes, 3 Backward Class, 1 PWD and for Outside Punjab quota – 3 General, 3 Scheduled Caste, 1 Backward Class). The second round of counselling is scheduled on 20.07.2024 as per the details given on punjablawadmissions.gndu.ac.in
Furthermore, the Department has total number of 26 dedicated faculty members. The Departmental Library has a collection of more than 20,000 books and manuscipts and is also subscribing to Indian Law Institute Newsletter. Currently, the students are undergoing Internship Training under High Court, Supreme Court and AG offices.
