Nirmal Singh Rayat Conferred with The Tribune Punjab Achievers Award 2026

Nirmal Singh Rayat, Chancellor of Lamrin Tech Skills University (LTSU), Punjab has been honoured with the prestigious The Tribune Punjab Achievers Award 2026 in recognition of his outstanding contribution to technical and skill-based education in Punjab as well in whole country.
The award ceremony was organized by The Tribune Trust at Bathinda, celebrating excellence across various sectors in Punjab.
The award was presented by Harpal Singh Cheema, Finance Minister of Punjab, in the presence of Aman Arora, Cabinet Minister, Punjab. Cabinet Minister Aman Arora also appreciated the university’s contribution in the development of Punjab by providing skills and technical education to the youngsters of the country and congratulated on this occasion.
On behalf of the Chancellor, the award was received by Vimal Roy Manhotra, Chief Executive Officer and Narinder Bhumbla, Asstt. Professor cum PRO, of Lamrin Tech Skills University.
Nirmal Singh Rayat has been widely recognized for his visionary leadership and commitment to advancing technical and skill-based education. Under his guidance, the university has emerged as a pioneering institution focused on industry-oriented learning and enhancing employability among youth.
