Guru Nanak Dev University organized Inter-Department Swimming Tournaments

Guru Nanak Dev University Inter-Department Swimming Tournament (Men and Women) was organized in the University campus. This tournament was organized by Campus Sports: Dean Stuudent’s Welfare of the University under FIT INDIA Program by Govt. of India. Prof. Preet Mohinder Singh Bedi, Dean Student’s welfare was the guest of honor and gave away trophies to the winner on this occasion.
Guru Nanak Dev University organized Inter-Department Swimming Tournaments. Dr. Amandeep Singh, Incharge, Youth Welfare and Teacher In-Charge Campus Sports said that in 50 Mtr Free Style Men section, Rohan of Computer Science got First position, Sankalp of Human Gentics stood Second and Karanbir Mehta of U.B.S remained Third. Similarly in the 50 Mtr Free Style Women section, Drish Mahindru of Human Gentics – first; Yukta of English – Second and Rudrakshi Sharma of U.B.S Third. In 100 Mtr Free Style Men Aakarshak Bahl of MYAS got First position, Agam Mahajan of Law got Second and Sankalp of Human Gentics remained on Third position. In 100 Mtr Free Style Women Drishti Mahindru of Human Gentics – First, Rudrakshi Khanna of U.B.S – Second and Pavneet Kaur of Law – Third. In 200 Mtr Free Style Men Sankalp of Human Gentics – First, Agam Mahajan of Law – Second and Karanbir Mehta of U.B.S – Third. In 50 Mtr Back Stroke Men, Sankalp of Human Gentics – First, Jai Sharma of Comp Engg – Second and Karanbir Mehta of UBS got Third position . In the 50 Mtr Back Stroke Women, Drish Mahindru of Human Genetics – First Yukta of English – Second and Rudrakshi Sharma of U.B.S. got Third position.
In 100 Mtr Back Stroke Men, Sankalp of Human Gentics – First, Jai Sharma of Comp Engg – Second and in 50 Mtr Brest Stroke Men, Sankalp of Human Gentics got First position, Aakarshak Bahl of MYAS on Second and Karanbir Mehta of U.B.S got third position. In 50 Mtr Brest Stroke Women, Drishti of Human Gentics – First, Yukta of English – Second and Rudrakshi of U.B.S – Third; In 100 Mtr Brest Stroke Men, Sankalp of Human Gentics – First, Shaurya Khosla of UIT – Second and Karanbir Mehta of U.B.S got third position. In 100 Mtr Brest Stroke Women, Drishti Mahindru of Human Gentics got First position and Rudrakshi Khanna of U.B.S was on Second position.
