Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Thursday mourned the death of Sudesh Rambani (67), mother of Vishal Rambani, Patiala based senior journalist of Hindustan Times.
She breathed her last at a private hospital in Patiala after a prolonged illness this evening. She is survived by two sons and a daughter.
In his condolence message, Captain Amarinder extended his sympathies to Vishal Rambani and prayed to the Almighty to give strength to the bereaved family in this hour of grief and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
Meanwhile, Raveen Thukral, Media Advisor to CM, also expressed his heartfelt condolences to Vishal Rambani and other family members. The loss of a parent was a heart-rending experience and could never be compensated, he added.
The cremation of Sudesh Rambani will be held at her native village Chhabba on Amritsar-Tarn Taran Road tomorrow on December 29, 2017, at 12:00 Noon.
