IQAC of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce organized lecture on National Education Day

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala organised a Lecture on National Education Day, under the guidance of College Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata on 11th Nov, 2022. Dr. Agyajit Singh (Retd. Prof. in the subject of Psychology from Punjabi Uni. Patiala) was the guest on this occasion.
The Guest derived a lecture on the topic of ‘Emotional Intelligence- Key to success’. Dr. Singh addressed the students on various aspects of Emotional Intelligence. He helped students understanding different types of positive and negative emotions with the help of examples. He explained that Emotional Intelligence can be gained by understanding self on personal skills.
The program ended by responding to some brilliant questions from students. It was a very exciting, informative and motivating session for the students. The program was coordinated by Dr.Apra and Dr. Vaneeta Rani presented a Vote of Thanks. The others present were Sukhbir Kaur, Dr.Paramjit Kaur, Dr.Jyoti Tirthani, Dr.Amrinder Kaur and Dr.Tarandeep Kaur.
