KL Sehgal honoured for his notable work

K.L. Sehgal Secretary Punjab Pradesh Congress ( I ) has been honoured by Kali Devi Mandir ( Patiala) priest for his remarkable work which he did for civil society. On this occasion Aashwani Sehgal( Retd.vice principal ) of Polytechnic was also present.
